Can you get in the property at any time?
Yes, Advance Storage is a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week property.
Do you provide locks?
No, the tenant is responsible for providing locks. Each unit can take up to two locks.
Do you sell locks?
Yes, please call for pricing.
Do you have to sign a long term lease/contract?
No, Advance Storage offers month to month contracts.
What is the shortest contract?
One full month is the shortest contract. Depending on when you rent, you may be subject to a prorated amount for the first month, plus the next month up front.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, $25.00 and it is fully refundable.

Is there an administrative fee?
Yes, $5.00 due payable at the beginning of the contract.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Advance Storage accepts cash, money orders, checks, and all major credit and debit cards.
Do you require a 30 day notice?
No, a one week notice will suffice.

We offer household, business, commercial, boat, recreational vehicle, car, short term and long term storage.
